This equipment provides reliable manufacturing support for processing components such as machine housings, guideways, and bed frames. Its metrology and testing center is equipped with dual-frequency laser interferometers from Renishaw (UK), coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) from Hexagon (USA), and Mitsubishi system test machines. These tools deliver dependable guarantees for critical testing needs in product manufacturing and technological development. Currently, the company's manufacturing capacity and testing methods rank among the leading standards in China's domestic industry.

Production Model & Processing

The company's products primarily focus on cast iron, iron, and steel components. For cast parts, the company sources externally and then processes them in-house into machine tool components for assembly. For some steel parts and high-volume small components, it adopts a collaborative external production model to enhance material inventory efficiency.
To meet the requirements for high-precision workpieces, the company's processing workflow follows a strict sequence: conventional machine tools for initial processing, followed by high-precision machines for finish machining - ensuring compliance with high-precision standards. It has shifted from traditional processing methods to CNC-based production, reducing the need for workpiece fixtures and processing time while aligning with high-precision manufacturing and green environmental protection requirements.
