CNC Horizontal Turning Machine JS-108

The JS-108 is a slant-bed cnc horizontal turning machine that shares the structural platform of the JS series. It uses an integrated inclined bed base with HT300 resin sand castings relieved by double aging treatment, and the fixed mating surfaces of the castings are hand-scraped to guarantee geometric accuracy. The X/Z axis ball screws are pre-stretched to suppress thermal growth, and the carriage design balances rigidity with rapid movement. The inclined bed lets chips fall by gravity into a front conveyor, keeping the guide ways clear of swarf during continuous runs. Both the bed and the sheet metal enclosure integrate an oil-water separation channel so that swarf and coolant are recovered independently instead of mixing inside the machine. A servo turret and a hydraulic chuck with a hollow rotary cylinder support continuous turning cycles, and a hydraulic programmed tailstock follows the shaft without manual clamping. The machine is suited to precision turning of discs, sleeves and shafts across non-ferrous metals, castings and steel. As a mid-capacity slant-bed lathe in the JS series, it sits between the compact JS-105 and the power-turret JS-108A turning center, giving shops a step up in envelope without moving into driven-tool territory.
