This VMC CNC innovatively adopts an eight-slider worktable structure, paired with a reinforced and widened four-linear guide base and herringbone column design; the hard rail structure of the column and spindle box further improves the heavy-cutting load limit. HT300 castings undergo double aging treatment; an 18.5kw high-power spindle provides strong cutting power, and high-speed silent ball screws combined with precision grinding processes ensure precision. A counterweight balance system effectively optimizes operational stability, adapting to heavy-cutting needs of extra-large parts.

Adaptability and Process Expandability: Focusing on extra-large heavy-cutting part processing in the auto parts, military, and mold industries, this VMC CNC targets high-precision workpieces such as castings and steel parts. With an extra-large stroke of 1600/900/800mm and a worktable load capacity of 1600kg, it can carry heavy-cutting processes of extra-large molds and heavy military components, compatible with integrated processing of various extra-large heavy-cutting parts and reducing process turnover.
