VMC-1580LH High-Load Heavy-Cutting Vertical Machining Center
- Designed specifically for demanding metal removal tasks, the VMC-1580LH is a rigid vertical cnc built for continuous high-load machining. Its structural concept emphasizes stability under heavy cutting conditions, combining a widened four-linear-guide base with a reinforced herringbone column to effectively suppress vibration during aggressive operations.
- The six-slider worktable layout works together with a hard-rail column and spindle box, allowing this vertical cnc to maintain accuracy even when processing large steel or cast-iron components. High-grade HT300 resin sand castings undergo double aging treatment to ensure long-term dimensional stability, while precision-ground ball screws contribute to smooth motion control.
Equipped with a 15 kW spindle motor and BT50 taper, the VMC-1580LH delivers ample torque for deep milling and high-feed cutting.
With a 1200 kg table load and long-axis travel, this vertical cnc is particularly suited for automotive components, tooling bases, and heavy-duty structural parts where cutting rigidity is a priority.
