The DF-1310LA is an advanced 5 axis gantry machining center designed to meet the accuracy and efficiency demands of large-format components. Its integrated column-and-beam structure combined with a curved beam design enhances rigidity while supporting long-axis travel. A three-axis linear guide configuration ensures stable motion control across the entire working envelope.

The lightweight box-type worktable supports loads up to 1200 kg, striking a balance between structural strength and dynamic responsiveness. High-quality HT300 castings with double aging treatment, along with precision grinding processes, provide long-term dimensional stability. A 15,000 rpm direct-drive spindle paired with a 24-tool disc magazine enables this 5 axis gantry machining center to perform high-speed cutting with minimal auxiliary time.
- With strokes of 1300/1000/500 mm and a 1300 × 900 mm worktable, the DF-1310LA 5 axis gantry machining center is capable of integrated machining for large molds, ship components, and heavy automotive housings, reducing setup changes and improving production efficiency in high-end manufacturing environments.
