This CNC gantry mill has a stable base and column - the column and beam adopt an integrated structure, and the beam features a curved structure, with a three-axis linear guide design. The fixed mating surfaces of the castings and the connection parts between the linear guides and large components are ground.

The worktable adopts a box structure, which achieves both lightweight design and sufficient load-bearing capacity. The machine castings of this CNC gantry mill are made of resin sand casting with material HT300, undergoing double aging treatment.

Chip grooves are set on both sides of the base, and the sheet metal is designed with an oil-water separation structure to ensure effective recovery of iron chips and oil stains.

The CNC gantry mill is suitable for high-speed processing of high-precision parts (non-ferrous metals, castings, steel parts) in industries such as auto parts, military, shipbuilding, and molds.
