  • During high-load machining, the weight of the spindle head itself often poses a significant threat to precision. We equipped the VMC-1890LH with an extra-wide 2000mm worktable specifically designed to handle heavy castings exceeding 1.8 tons. To prevent response lag during vertical Z-axis reciprocating movements, we directly adopted a nitrogen-balanced compensation system. This system dynamically counteracts gravitational loads in real time, enabling the spindle to maintain agile dynamic response akin to a lightweight machine-even during prolonged, continuous heavy cutting operations. This isn't merely about speed; more critically, it eliminates tool marks caused by spindle head sag. Simultaneously, it relieves the spindle and lead screw from the burden of excessive self-weight, significantly extending the precision lifespan of transmission components.

  • When machining cemented carbide or large cast iron molds, we understand that if the spindle torque feels "loose," even the finest tools cannot perform optimally. Therefore, this model comes standard with a high-rigidity BT50 spindle that firmly grips tool holders during large-diameter drilling or heavy roughing, eliminating tool deflection and vibration marks. The machine's base structure employs a widened span design, creating a massive inertial foundation where the column and base merge. Rather than merely supporting machining, this foundation acts as a vibration absorber, dissipating harmonics generated by heavy cutting within its substantial castings. This solid, grounded feel delivers the core dimensional stability demanded by high-tolerance industries like aerospace and large-scale mold manufacturing.
